About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Market Analyst to join our team at Altus Group. As a key member of our data solutions team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on commercial property sales in the Greater Montreal Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of commercial property sales data
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including brokers, stakeholders, planners, and developers
- Contribute to the publishing of weekly market insights reports
- Attend industry events to stay up-to-date on market trends and developments
- Perform site inspections to gather data on commercial properties
Requirements:
- University degree in Urban Planning, Real Estate, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate
- Bilingual, English and French, written and oral
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
