About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada A&W. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.

Manage Food Inventory and Supplies

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Maintain Quality Control Standards

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.

Manage Customer Complaints

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Maintain Accurate Records

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.

Establish Work Schedules

Establish work schedules for food service staff, ensuring that all shifts are covered and that staff are aware of their responsibilities.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Food Service Supervision
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
