Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 35 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
