About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Pet Valu. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our pet store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, store maintenance, and loss prevention
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase customer loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the corporate team to implement company-wide initiatives and programs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
