Head Baker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at True Grain Cowichan. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for leading the production of high-quality baked goods and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and train a team of bakers to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Production: Oversee the production of bread, pastries, and other baked goods, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our products meet our standards.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
