Operations Assistant Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Assistant to join our team in Laval. As an Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and employees
  • Manage and maintain access cards, employee timekeeping badges, and scheduling locker usage
  • Update employee communications across all platforms
  • Track supplier invoicing
  • Perform other related tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) or Attestation of Collegial Studies (AEC) in secretarial studies or administration, or equivalent and relevant professional background
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office software and SAP software
What We Offer:
  • Hourly salary ranging between $26 and $28
  • Temporary contract lasting a minimum of 18 months
  • On-site parking
  • Working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, totaling 40 hours per week
