Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Smoke's Poutinerie. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient kitchen and dining area operations
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Coordinate food and supply ordering, inventory management, and waste reduction
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or hospitality environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
