Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BOUTON D'OR FOOD LTD. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely delivery of food and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and are equipped to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary items are ordered and received in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
  • Prepare and submit reports, providing detailed information on food service operations, sales, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and quality control.
