About the Role

We are seeking an experienced building technician to join our team at Mr. Handyman. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing small residential and commercial projects, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all work is done to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate project cost estimates and independently complete assigned projects within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations and provide updates on project status.
  • Ensure that all work is done safely and in accordance with building codes and regulations.
  • Document all work completed and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in completing small projects for paid customers.
  • Strong proficiency in carpentry, bathroom improvements, kitchen improvements, painting, drywall work, and general plumbing and electrical work.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds independently and safely work at heights.
  • Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle.
