About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Site Superintendent to join our team at James C Johnson Associates Inc. as we continue to grow and expand our operations in the industrial and commercial construction sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Site Management: Oversee the daily operations of the construction site, including the management of personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards and that any defects or issues are promptly addressed.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on site, including the implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other contractors.
Requirements
