Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Alexander's Beach Pub. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Dental plan and health care plan provided.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 32 to 40 hours per week.
