We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at PERFORMANCE INSULATION INC. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites

Work Environment: Our construction sites are dynamic and fast-paced environments. You will be working outdoors in various weather conditions and will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.

Requirements: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required. However, experience is an asset. You must be able to work 35 to 40 hours per week and be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Language: English is the primary language spoken on our construction sites. You must be fluent in English to communicate effectively with your colleagues and supervisors.
