Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at PERFORMANCE INSULATION INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
- Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced crew members.
- Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Participate in the demolition of buildings, removing debris and rubble in a safe and efficient manner.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.
- Experience in a related field is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work effectively with colleagues.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, with the ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
- Availability to work 35-40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing project needs.
As a Construction Helper, you will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with exposure to various weather conditions and physical demands. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to company safety protocols at all times.
