As a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Lodge Manager in leading and coordinating overall operations, logistics, food services, contracts, environmental, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Lodge Manager to implement site strategies and ensure operations are in compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Ensure operational efficiencies and productivity goals are outlined and realized.
  • Provide supervision, guidance, and support to all Housekeepers and Janitors.
  • Assist Lodge Manager with paperwork required for site operation.

Requirements:

  • Five (5) or more years' experience in housekeeping or a related field of work, preferably within the camps and catering environment.
  • Five (5) or more years' experience in a leadership role.
  • Previous senior housekeeping experience in a 500+ room facility.
  • Ideal experience with Camp Logistiks software.
  • WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) certification.
  • First Aid certification.
