Job Overview

At SJS HOMES LTD., we are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects and ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Supervision: Direct and coordinate construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Develop and implement health and safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical and operational issues, ensuring projects are completed without delays or cost overruns.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction supervision or a related field
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Work Environment

This is an on-road job, requiring frequent travel to construction sites.
