We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to support our projects in the Okanagan region. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skillset and a strong commitment to developing a zero-injury culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate in accordance with Emil Anderson Group's Core Values and uphold a zero-injury culture.
  • Develop and plan project requirements, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Hold weekly site meetings to track project schedules and conduct Toolbox Talks and orientations.
  • Supervise field staff and trade partners, and ensure daily updates of project schedules.
  • Handover homes to clients and deliver warranty documents.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Residential or Commercial Superintendent.
  • Adequate computer skills to communicate with project stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with Worksafe BC safety standards.
  • Valid Driver's License and current First Aid certification.
