About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA for undergraduate students and 3.2 GPA for graduate students.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic understanding of business processes and concepts in process design.
  • Relevant work experience with ERP/CRM systems and/or in a consulting environment.
