Highlight Motor Freight Inc. is seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join our team. As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer networks, including local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and mainframe networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate access and use of computer networks
  • Install software and hardware, including web servers
  • Maintain and troubleshoot network systems, including LANs, WANs, and mainframe networks
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Implement data, software, and hardware security procedures
  • Perform routine network start-up and close-down procedures
  • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations
  • Set up local area networks and connections to the Internet
  • Implement network traffic and security monitoring software
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in network administration
  • Strong knowledge of computer networks, including LANs, WANs, and mainframe networks
  • Experience with network security and data backup procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language
