Job Description
Patient Focused Care
We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to provide pharmacy services to customers and medical practitioners. The ideal candidate will have above-average communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. They will be responsible for prioritizing technical functions to Pharmacy Assistants when available, initiating care plans, following up, and documenting patient information. They will also monitor medication adherence, provide patient counselling for new therapy, and tailor counselling to the needs and concerns of the patient.

Customer Service
The successful candidate will demonstrate warmth, empathy, and compassion towards customers, acknowledging them promptly and professionally. They will provide superior customer service to every customer, adhering to and implementing all applicable company standards. They will work independently to meet strict deadlines and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution, be a Licensed Pharmacist in the province of responsibility, and possess Injection Certification. Previous experience in a retail and/or retail pharmacy setting is preferred.
