About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned pharmacy professional to take on a leadership role within our team at CareRx Corporation. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy fulfillment centres, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of professionals towards achieving high-quality results. You will be accountable for scheduling, new hire training, and adherence to operational processes to support the team's goals of accuracy, efficiency, quality, and organization while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee onboarding and training programs for new employees, as well as cross-training of existing staff members;
  • Ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements, including Health Canada audits and narcotic controls;
  • Maintain a positive team culture by embodying and reinforcing CareRx's Mission, Vision, and Values commitments;
Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:

  • Registration and good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacy;
  • Strong leadership, team building, and delegation skills;
  • Self-directed work ethic, with a strong sense of accountability for overall pharmacy results;
  • Motivation to achieve results that reflect a high standard of quality;
  • Certification in LEAN or Six Sigma is an asset.
