About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Service Technician to join our team at CaseMogul Phone Repairs. As an Electronic Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing electronic equipment, including computers and peripherals, and telephone or cellular phones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Electronic Equipment: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair and test electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Repair and Replace Defective Parts: Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools.
  • Diagnose and Locate Faults: Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults to determine the cause of the issue.
  • Test and Adjust Repaired Products: Test and adjust repaired products to ensure they are functioning properly and meet the required standards.
  • Complete Work Orders and Reports: Complete work orders and test and maintenance reports to document the work performed.
  • Prepare Cost Estimates: Prepare cost estimates for repairs and maintenance work.
  • Supervise Other Technicians: Supervise other electronic equipment service technicians as needed.
  • Read Blueprints and Drawings: Read blueprints and drawings to understand the design and functionality of electronic equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in electronic equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
