Electronic Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Service Technician to join our team at CaseMogul Phone Repairs. As an Electronic Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting and repairing electronic equipment, including computers and peripherals, and telephone or cellular phones.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and Test Electronic Equipment: Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair and test electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure proper functioning.
- Repair and Replace Defective Parts: Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power or specially designed tools.
- Diagnose and Locate Faults: Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults to ensure prompt and effective repair.
- Test and Adjust Repaired Products: Test and adjust repaired products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
- Complete Work Orders and Reports: Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports to ensure accurate documentation of repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare Cost Estimates: Prepare cost estimates for repairs and maintenance to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Supervise and Train Colleagues: Supervise and train other electronic equipment service technicians to ensure high-quality service and support.
- Read and Interpret Technical Documents: Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate repair and maintenance.
- Education and Experience: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience in electronics repair and maintenance.
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in electronics repair and maintenance.
- Physical and Mental Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
- Personal Qualities: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, and team player.
