Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead civil engineering projects from conception to completion
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project deliverables
- Oversee the preparation of engineering calculations, sketches, and reports
- Manage and mentor junior engineering staff
- Conduct site visits and inspections as required
- Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) registration or eligibility
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering, including project management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
