At ARIS MOVING CORPORATION, we are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries. This role also involves compiling data, statistics, and other information, as well as ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory. Additionally, the Office Coordinator will set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and be fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
