Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario LTD. As the head of our culinary department, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food service.

About the Role
  • Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Hours of Work: 30 hours per week
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient workflow
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure exceptional customer experience
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • At least 7 months of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
