Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder - Metal Structure Fabricator to join our team at Summa. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for drafting, assembling, and welding wrought metals to meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, and symbols to ensure accurate execution of metal structures.
  • Draft and assemble metal structures using expertise in trigonometry and geometry.
  • Operate various welding equipment to fabricate complex metal structures.
  • Polish architectural stainless-steel components to a high shine.
Requirements
  • Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in metal structure welding and fabrication.
  • Excellent knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English and French (spoken and written) languages.
  • Spanish language skills are an asset.
