Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Restaurants McDonalds. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help them improve their performance.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and use this information to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory or management role.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and stand for extended periods.
