Restaurant Operations Manager
At Restaurants McDonalds, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Work Environment:
* Fast-paced environment
* Work under pressure
* Standing for extended periods
