Job Title: Director, Policy and Compliance

Join CEI Fleet Collision and Safety as a Director, Policy and Compliance, and take on a leadership role in shaping the company's policy and compliance initiatives. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on policy and compliance matters.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to policies and procedures as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in policy and compliance, with a focus on regulatory compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
