Job Title: Director, Policy and Operations

CEI Fleet Collision and Safety is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Policy and Operations to lead our Acquisitions and Order Fulfillment team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of our processes, policies, and systems to support the organization's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our Acquisitions and Order Fulfillment processes.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the successful execution of our order processing and fulfillment functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and business partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of general management and leadership experience in a service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality methodology (Six Sigma or Lean experience).
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively interface with executive, senior management, customers, and team members.
