Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Wendys Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
