Job Title: Material Handler - Warehouse Operations

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and efficient Material Handler to join our team at Zim Recycling. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading products and materials from trucks, containers, and storage areas.
  • Moving products and materials within the warehouse using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
  • Sorting, crating, and stacking products and materials.
  • Wrapping and labeling products and materials.
  • Storing cargo and materials in designated areas.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or material handling environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
