Job Title: Kitchen Cashier

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Kitchen Cashier to join our team at Tony's Fresh Market. As a Kitchen Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and cash handling in a fast-paced retail store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen and cash handling areas.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation, including making specific dishes and filling and restocking front counter utensils.
  • Follow procedures for voids, refunds, transaction cancellation, and saved recall transactions.
  • Responsible for personal Cashier Productivity and takes food orders in person and by telephone.

Requirements:

  • Valid Food Handlers Card.
  • Customer Service and retail experience desirable.

Working Conditions:

  • WALKING: Continuously, throughout shift, while moving about the store and handling merchandise.
  • STANDING: Continuously, throughout shift.
  • LIFTING: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
