Job Title: Well Testing Supervisor - Grande Prairie, AB

Roska DBO Inc is a customer-focused operations company with a 25+ year track record offering expertise in production and equipment solutions on well sites and facilities. We are seeking a Well Testing Supervisor to join our team based in Grande Prairie, Alberta.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation, rig up, operation, maintenance, rig down and returning to base.
  • Help prepare HAZOP documentation, P&ID, and equipment.
  • Complete and follow SOP's, JSA's and MSDS's.
  • Perform pre-deployment checks for equipment, tools and parts.
  • Coordinate and assign rig up/down responsibilities, participate in the installation of the unit or system to be tested, including rig up and rig down of all test equipment and indicating instruments, as per P&ID.
  • Operate valves and metering equipment.
  • Read flow meters and gauges and collect data.
  • Monitor sensors and ensure they are reading within parameters.
  • Recommend changes in test methods or equipment, and document suggestions on daily report.
  • Comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Frac Separators and support equipment.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to remain focused and decisive under pressure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  • Customer service focus.
  • Data entry accuracy.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Understand and apply relevant math calculations.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Computer skills, experience with well testing software and MS Office.
  • Exceptional oral and written English.
