Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at ACA Emergency Response Training Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to employees on company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.

  • Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient completion.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Work Environment and Requirements
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Initiative, judgement, reliability, and a team player attitude are essential for this role.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of office operations and procedures.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
