About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director Quality to lead our nuclear engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our projects and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance plans for nuclear engineering projects
  • Lead and manage a team of quality professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate quality risks
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures and processes
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality procedures and processes
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement programs to enhance quality performance
Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the nuclear industry
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations, including CSA N285.0, CSA N299, CSA N286-12, CSA N286.7, ISO 9001, and ASME codes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
