Job Description

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly skilled Project Director Quality to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Project Management Team, you will be responsible for setting the overall direction for Project Quality and ensuring that the project organization is fully supported from a Quality standpoint.

Your Role within the Team:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance programs that meet the requirements of our partner's certified programs.
  • Assist the project team in ensuring satisfactory performance regarding the Project Quality Objectives.
  • Represent the project team on matters pertaining to quality assurance aspects.
  • Ensure the Project's processes and products are compliant with applicable quality standards and requirements.
  • Define and manage continuous improvement programs applicable to the scope of the project.
  • Grow the project's internal Quality business by developing and mentoring Quality and Compliance team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional project team members and project partners to develop and update processes.
  • Identify, record, and report quality problems and problems related to the effective implementation of the Project Quality Assurance Program.
  • Manage QA staffing requirements and resources for the Project QA.
  • Provide standardized reporting for the Quality Assurance, ensuring that the project leadership team and all relevant stakeholders have access to valuable data and analytics.
