About the Position

We are seeking a Material Handler to join our team in Oakville, ON. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for performing warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

  • Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
  • Be responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading and unloading of trucks
  • Deal with day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment, including picking sheets, returns, bills of lading
  • Perform duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
  • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or a Permanent Resident
  • Candidate must be able to provide birth certificate and passport as identification
  • Candidate must have a valid Ontario driver's license and be able to provide utility bills showing current address
  • Candidate must be able to pass RCMP fingerprint background check
  • Candidate must have good command over the English language
