About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Cesar's Cakes & Cafe Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, including washing dishes, sanitizing equipment, and sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas, and maintain inventory of supplies.
  • Garbage and Recycling: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that recycling is properly sorted and stored.
  • General Kitchen Duties: Perform other general kitchen duties as required, including cleaning kitchen and work areas, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
