Electromechanical Assembly Technician

Responsibilities:
Assemble and test mechanical and electrical components, setup and repair printing systems and print heads, and perform intermediate testing and troubleshooting. Evaluate and develop new technologies with the Product Manager, and repair and maintain systems. Train lower-level technicians for advancement and assist the management team and other technicians with a starting level emphasis on R&D related work.
Equipment Knowledge:
Basic hand and power tools, intermediate level electrical testing equipment, and small jib crane operation. In-House Trained.
Role Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and procedures, good interpersonal and communication skills, and good manual dexterity needed to assemble and work with small parts. Clean and organized shop environment, with overtime hours when needed.
Leadership Competencies:
Self-management, Resilience, Talent Development and Coaching, Teamwork and collaboration. Relative post-secondary diploma or related training, electrical and mechanical competency.
Compensation:
The annual salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000, with base pay determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We believe in pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members in any final offer.
