About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Englobe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of geotechnical projects, from proposal development to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets;
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, including geotechnical engineers, technicians, and support staff;
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and safety;
  • Prepare and submit project reports, proposals, and other documentation as required;
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success;
  • Manage and resolve project-related issues and conflicts;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices;
  • Participate in business development initiatives to identify new project opportunities;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • University degree in geological engineering, civil engineering, or related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in geotechnical project management;
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction;
  • Strong leadership and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software;
  • Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle;
  • Ability to travel as required.
