Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth motel operations
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Co-ordinate and assign work to staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hotel or motel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
