Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store, including supervising sales floor staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, including assigning tasks and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 hours per week.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
