At NH124 VARIETY, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, meet or exceed sales targets, and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and coach staff to improve performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
