Job Title: Store Manager/Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager/Assistant Manager to join our team at Levi's. As a Store Manager/Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to achieve sales objectives, while maintaining a high level of customer service and visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales objectives and maintain a high level of customer service
  • Develop and implement visual presentation standards to create a clean and welcoming store environment
  • Participate in recruitment and training of sales associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales objectives and maintain a high level of customer service

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail or equivalent
  • 6 months of experience in sales management
  • Bilingualism, an asset
  • 40 hours per week

Assistant Manager:

The Assistant Manager works in collaboration with the Store Manager to achieve sales objectives and maintain a high level of customer service. He/She leads and guides the team to ensure the store meets sales standards and visual presentation requirements.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of retail experience
  • 6 months of management experience or equivalent
  • Bilingualism, an asset
  • Between 35 and 40 hours per week
