Job Title: Convenience Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Convenience Store Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. o/a Circle K. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our convenience store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and store operations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff members, ensuring a high-performing team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in electronic scheduling, word processing software, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and time management.
