Convenience Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Convenience Store Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. o/a Circle K. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 people and overseeing the daily operations of our convenience store.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 people, including recruiting, hiring, and training staff.
- Store Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or convenience store management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
