Chef Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus, estimating food requirements and requisitioning supplies as needed.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate tracking and ordering.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to train and motivate team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Standing for extended periods, with occasional lifting and bending.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and quality.
