Job Title: Tax Compliance Advisor, North America

At BRP, we're seeking a highly skilled Tax Compliance Advisor to join our team in North America. As a key member of our tax compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of our Canadian legal entities with Canadian tax legislations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end tax compliance process for certain entities of the group, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify and document tax risks, proposing relevant mitigation strategies to minimize exposure.
  • Organize, prepare, and explain the results of the tax accounting process for certain entities of the group, providing clear and concise insights.
  • Manage tax audits, ensuring timely and effective resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Analyze current processes and develop continuous improvement solutions to enhance our tax compliance capabilities.
  • Develop strong relationships with the Legal and Treasury departments, providing ongoing support to the different business units.

Requirements:

  • Recognized professional title in accounting.
  • Master's degree in taxation or equivalent, an asset.
  • Excellent analytical and synthetic ability, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of English (oral and written).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in tax compliance.
  • Good management of priorities and deadlines.
