Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Front Lane Custom homes Ltd. As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, assisting in framing houses, and performing routine maintenance work.

Work Environment

Our construction sites can be physically demanding, with workers often exposed to outdoor conditions, heights, and confined spaces. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handle heavy loads.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning and piling salvaged materials
  • Assist in demolishing buildings
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in outdoor conditions
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
